At Marine Blue Jewelry, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help make the return process smooth and easy.
1. Our Return Policy Overview
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, or protective materials. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note, some items cannot be returned due to their nature:
Custom-made or personalized items:
Products that have been specifically designed or engraved for you.
Final sale items:
Any items clearly marked as "final sale," "non-returnable," or similar.
Gift cards.
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect:
Products that show signs of wear and tear not related to manufacturing defects.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at info@marinebluejewelry.com within the 10 days return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item).
Receive Instructions:
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with detailed return instructions, including a return shipping address. We may provide a return shipping label, or you may be responsible for return shipping costs (see Section 4).
Package Your Item:
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
Ship Your Return:
Send your item(s) to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Our Error:
If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item), Marine Blue Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Customer's Remorse/Change of Mind:
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 to 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Rejection:
If the item does not meet our return policy conditions (e.g., used, damaged, missing original packaging), your refund may be rejected, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please contact us at info@marinebluejewelry.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to item availability. You may be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously check all our products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 10 days of receipt) at info@marinebluejewelry.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
