2. Product Information
All of our products are handmade, and there may be slight variations in color, tone, or size.
Custom orders are not accepted through the website. For customizations, a dedicated page for "Smyrna Taki" will soon be available on our website. Smyrna Taki is our production house in Turkey, and further details will be provided there.
Our products typically include plated brass charms, Japanese official Toho and Matsuno beads, and cotton strings. We recommend avoiding contact with water or acidic substances while using Marine Blue products.
3. Orders and Payments
For Physical Shop Purchases: We accept credit cards, debit cards, manual bank transfers, and cash payments.
For Website Purchases:
- Retail customers: Payments are processed via Xendit.
- Wholesale customers: Payments are processed via PayPal or credit/debit cards. Faspay integration will be available soon.
All payment processes are securely handled by their respective platforms (e.g., Xendit, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard).
In compliance with the latest Indonesian laws, we do not charge taxes directly to customers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We use DHL Express for shipping, except for cases where customers prefer self-pickup or their preferred local shipping service.
We ship to all countries served by DHL.
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days (excluding holidays and special circumstances).
Once orders are handed over to DHL, Pt. Marine Blue Jewelry is not responsible for lost shipments. However, we will assist by contacting DHL and reporting the situation to the relevant departments.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Customers must report any issues within 10 business days of receiving their order by providing proof (photos or videos).
Approval from Marine Blue’s Customer Service Team and Management Board is required to proceed with returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for transportation and tax costs related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Exceptional cases will be reviewed individually.
Refund timelines are not fixed but will be communicated via email or WhatsApp as promptly as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
Our brand and logo are protected by trademark documents. Only Pt. Segara Agung Perthiwi is authorized to use the same designs, logos, and products.
All content and products are proprietary and cannot be copied or used without explicit permission.
All images, text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, and other content available on www.marinebluejewelry.com are the exclusive property of Pt. Marine Blue Jewelry, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers may log in to our website, but it is not mandatory.
Users will receive a sign-in link via their registered email. No passwords are created, and users must use the same email for continuity.
For all security concerns, payment gateways (e.g., Xendit, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard) are responsible.

- Variations in handmade products (as described in Article 2).
- Payment-related issues handled by third-party platforms (Article 3).
- Lost shipments after handover to shipping partners (Article 4).
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information provided on our website, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free or current at all times. Pt. Marine Blue Jewelry reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
All business operations comply with the latest Indonesian legal requirements, as confirmed by our notary and accounting services.

Promotions and Discounts:
Retail and wholesale customers will find pricing details on the "Wholesale" section of our website.
Walk-in customers are informed of promotions by our staff.
